Terms of Service

Last updated: 2026-06-10 · Effective date: 2026-06-10

These terms apply to the Mineight website, the SchedHero app, and related support. If app features, service providers, or payment methods change, Mineight will update these terms to reflect the actual service operation.

Purpose

These Terms of Service set out the basic conditions for using the Mineight website and SchedHero service, including the rights and obligations of Mineight and users.

Definitions

“Service” means the Mineight website, the SchedHero mobile app, support, related features, and content operated by Mineight. “User” means a person who accesses or uses the service. “Guardian” means a legal guardian or similar person who manages or consents to a child’s use of the service. “Content” means schedules, routines, missions, completion records, notes, and other information entered or uploaded by users.

Service provider

The service is provided by Mineight, an independent app studio in South Korea, Business Registration No. 113-32-02057. General inquiries may be sent to [email protected].

Posting and changes to these terms

Mineight posts these terms on the website or in the app so users can review them. Mineight may change these terms within the limits of applicable law. Important changes will be announced through the website, app notices, account email, or another appropriate method with the effective date and key changes.

Service description

The Mineight website provides studio and business information, app information, support contact, privacy policy, and terms. SchedHero is a mobile app service that helps parents or guardians and children manage family routines, schedules, missions, completion records, and progress together. Some features may vary depending on app version, device, or operating environment.

Use and consent

By using the website, creating an account in the app, or using the service, users agree to these terms. If the app provides a separate consent flow, consent will be confirmed through that flow.

Accounts and guardian management

SchedHero accounts may only be created by adult guardians; children under 14 cannot sign up on their own. Child profiles are created by the guardian, who must confirm that they are the child’s legal representative (or a guardian managing the child with the legal representative’s consent). Users must provide accurate information and keep account access secure. When a child uses the service, the guardian may manage or review the child’s use, profile information, missions, and routine progress.

User responsibilities

Users must use the service for lawful and normal purposes. Users must not infringe others’ rights, enter false information, interfere with the service, access, copy, analyze, or reverse engineer the service without authorization, or use the service for unlawful or inappropriate purposes.

User content and data

Schedules, routines, missions, notes, and similar content entered by users generally belong to the user or family that entered them. Mineight may process that content as needed to provide, store, synchronize, troubleshoot, support, secure, and improve the service.

Paid features and payments

The public Mineight website is provided free of charge. If SchedHero offers paid features, subscriptions, or in-app purchases, pricing, payment method, refund, and cancellation conditions will be shown in the app or app store screen. Payments through app stores may also be subject to the terms and policies of Apple App Store, Google Play, or another applicable provider.

Service changes and availability

Mineight may add, change, limit, suspend, or discontinue features to operate and improve the service. The service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, errors, security issues, network issues, third-party service failures, legal requirements, or events beyond Mineight’s reasonable control.

Prohibited conduct and restrictions

If Mineight determines that a user violates these terms or interferes with service operation, Mineight may take necessary measures such as account restrictions, content removal, or service suspension. Mineight may act without prior notice when there is an urgent security risk or possible legal violation.

Intellectual property

Mineight, SchedHero, logos, designs, text, software, page structure, and other service materials are owned by Mineight or their respective rights holders. Users may use them only as necessary to use the service and may not copy, distribute, modify, sell, or reverse engineer them without authorization.

Privacy

Mineight handles personal information according to its Privacy Policy.

Third-party services and app stores

The service may use third-party services such as social login, cloud infrastructure, error diagnostics, app stores, and payment services. Each third-party provider may apply its own terms and policies. Mineight will make reasonable efforts to reduce the impact of third-party service outages or policy changes.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

SchedHero is a tool for family routine management and does not replace educational, medical, legal, or other professional advice. To the extent permitted by law, Mineight is not responsible for damages caused by user input errors, device environments, network conditions, third-party service failures, or use outside the ordinary purpose of the service, unless caused by Mineight’s intent or gross negligence.

Termination and deletion

Users may stop using the service and may request account or data deletion where available. Requests can be sent through in-app features or to [email protected]. Some information may be retained when required by law, dispute handling, or security needs.

Notices and contact

Important service notices may be provided through the website, app notices, account email, or another appropriate method. General support may be sent to [email protected].

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of South Korea. Mineight and users will try to resolve disputes related to the service in good faith.
