SchedHero Account and Data Deletion

Delete in the app

1. Sign in to SchedHero with a guardian account.
2. Go to More → Account Management → Delete Account.
3. Review the notice, type 삭제 in the confirmation field, and tap Permanently Delete.

Data that is deleted

Account deletion removes the guardian login account, all child accounts in the family, and family data including schedules, missions or tasks, points and trophy records, feed items, avatar items, league records, and notifications.

If you cannot access the app

If you cannot delete your account in the app, email [email protected] with the email address or social account used to sign in. After verification, we process deletion requests within 7 business days and reply when complete.

Data retention

After deletion, the data described above is not retained, except where retention is required by applicable law. Any legally required records are stored separately only for the required period and then deleted.
