- Tell us the sign-in email, login method (Google, Apple, or email), and when the issue occurred.
- App error or bug
- Include the device model, OS version, app version, affected screen, and steps to reproduce the issue.
- Family or child mode question
- Let us know whether the issue is in guardian mode or child mode, and whether QR or code login is involved.
- Feature feedback
- Suggestions that make family routines easier are always welcome.
Response
We review support requests in order.
General requests are reviewed as soon as possible. Verified account and data deletion requests are processed within 7 business days. Service-impacting issues are prioritized.
