SchedHero(스케줄히어로) 앱은 보호자가 직접 자신의 계정과 가족 데이터를 영구 삭제할 수 있습니다. 별도의 요청 없이 앱 안에서 즉시 처리됩니다.

앱에서 삭제하기 (권장)

1. SchedHero 앱에 보호자 계정으로 로그인합니다.
2. 더보기 → 계정 관리 → 회원 탈퇴 로 이동합니다.
3. 안내를 확인하고 입력란에 삭제 를 입력한 뒤 영구 삭제 를 누릅니다.

앱에 접근할 수 없는 경우

기기 분실 등으로 앱에서 직접 삭제할 수 없다면 [email protected] 으로 가입에 사용한 이메일(또는 소셜 계정)과 함께 삭제를 요청해 주세요. 본인 확인 후 영업일 기준 7일 이내에 처리하고 완료를 회신드립니다.

보관되는 데이터

삭제 후에는 위 데이터를 보관하지 않습니다. 다만 관련 법령상 보관이 요구되는 정보가 있는 경우 해당 법정 기간 동안만 분리 보관 후 파기합니다.

Guardians can permanently delete their account and all family data directly in the SchedHero app: More → Account → Delete account, type 삭제 to confirm, then tap Permanently delete. This removes the guardian account, all child accounts in the family, and all family data (schedules, quests, points/trophies, feed, avatar items, league records, notifications). Deletion is immediate and irreversible.

If you cannot access the app, email [email protected] from (or referencing) your sign-up email/social account to request deletion; we process verified requests within 7 business days. No data is retained after deletion except where required by law.
