Purpose

These Terms of Service describe the basic conditions for using the Mineight website and the SchedHero app, including the rights and responsibilities of Mineight and users.

Service provider

The service is provided by Mineight, a sole proprietorship based in South Korea. Mineight builds mobile apps and software services.

Service description

The Mineight website provides company information, app information, support contact, privacy policy, and terms. SchedHero is being prepared as a mobile app that helps parents and children manage daily routines, simple missions, and completion records together.

Use of the service

Users should use the service only for lawful and normal purposes. Users must not interfere with the service, attempt unauthorized access, misuse another person's account or information, or use the service in a way that harms other users or Mineight.

Accounts and family use

If SchedHero provides accounts, users are responsible for providing accurate information and keeping account access secure. When a child uses the app, a parent or legal guardian may manage or review the child's use, profile information, and missions as part of the family routine.

Fees

The public Mineight website is provided free of charge. SchedHero app conditions will be finalized and disclosed before public app release.

User content and data

Schedules, missions, routine information, and similar content entered by users belong to the user or family that entered them. Mineight may process this information only as needed to provide, store, synchronize, troubleshoot, and support the service.

Intellectual property

Mineight, SchedHero, logos, designs, text, software, page structure, and other service materials are owned by Mineight or their respective rights holders. Users may use them only as necessary to use the service.

Service changes and availability

Mineight may add, change, suspend, or discontinue features to operate and improve the service. The service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, errors, security issues, network issues, or external service issues.

Privacy

Mineight handles personal information according to its Privacy Policy.

Disclaimer

SchedHero is a tool for family routine management and does not replace educational, medical, legal, or other professional advice. To the extent permitted by law, Mineight is not responsible for damages caused by user input errors, device environments, network conditions, external service failures, or use outside the intended purpose of the service.

Termination and deletion

Users may stop using the service and may request account or data deletion where available. Requests can be sent to [email protected]. Some information may be retained when required by law, dispute handling, or security needs.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of South Korea. Mineight and users will try to resolve disputes in good faith.
